Corporation Inc Walkthrough
Who would forget Sim Tower?! The game that challenged you to build a vertical empire. The game where you need to find the balance between building offices, apartments, installing needed facilities, garbage disposal, and everything else in between. Nah, it's not one of those perfect puzzle games (I don't think there are any). BUT who cares? It's truckloads of fun to play!
If you are longing for that game play, then you are in for a treat, Corporation Inc. revives that and keeps the whole concept very lean. The idea is this: you need to deal with an office environment and the aim to build your office higher and of course, make more money! You start off the game by laying down an office and getting some workers.
Anyway, what is your company's line of business and purpose? In order not to complicate stuff, Corporation Inc. is just about pushing buttons. That means every time a worker of yours taps, you get some dough for it. HOWEVER, the computers they tap on break. The solution? Hire an IT guy (or a team of IT guys once you have expanded) to fix the broken computers. Also, at the end of the work day, you need to have enough janitors to clean up stuff...making sure your workers are on a clean and productive environment.
Happy workers are productive workers - both in real life and in Corporation Inc.. With that in mind, you need to employ some HR staff to comfort them as well as Supervisors to encourage them...or maybe to terrorize them with a stick, for them to give out their best. Also, do NOT forget to enlist the help of the Research and Development Department. These researchers and geeks unlock all of the upgrades in the game.
For you to house such a huge armada of workers, you need to construct more offices upwards and assign seating. While there is some horizontal movement and expansion, the whole design will end up as a towering structure. You can upgrade offices to serve specific departments as well as increase its performance. Elevators, on the other hand, make sure that people actually get to their designated seats. Now, of course, your workers would need to leave their desks. BUT you want to make sure they don't stay too far! Installing facilities like a gym, cafeteria, restrooms, etc. will get the job done.
Now, for the life of me, I'm not so sure how you can go about beating Corporation Inc.. It has a floor limit of 131 floors, BUT believe me, it will take you a while to get there. Also, Corporation Inc. is a game that should worry you about purpose. Who needs that when all you have to do is create an ivory tower filled with an army of hard working employees who will push buttons all day to increase your dough flow?
In simpler terms, Corporation Inc. is FUN to play. It's hard to argue with fun. Not to mention the game also let's you save your tower...allowing you to get back to it whenever you want to. Two thumbs up!
